All recurring charges are invoiced with a 7-day clearance. If we don’t receive your payment within 7 days, a $25 late fee will be applied. However, we are flexible and value communication. If you notify us in advance about the delay, we may consider waiving the late fee.

If we’re unable to design a website you love, we’ll gladly offer a refund. However, if you’ve already approved our design and it’s in or beyond the development stage, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

Our monthly plan is ideal for small businesses that want a high-performing website but don’t want to incur a high upfront cost or deal with the hassle of managing a website. With this plan, we’ll build the website for you and provide ongoing support and maintenance for a fixed monthly fee.

We believe in earning your business through the results we deliver, so you are free to cancel your plan at any time. However, if you cancel within the first 8 months, we will charge you a fee to cover the costs of the work done so far. After 8 months, you can cancel without any extra fees.

Yes! If you decide to return to Clef Web Services, you will need to sign a new 8-month contract with us.
